This is probably one of the easiest exercises, because there’s not much that can go wrong here. Wear comfortable socks and shoes and just get to it. It will raise your heart beat and ensure that there’s good blood flow in the body. You can continue the exercise for at least 60 seconds and then take a break for 15 seconds before you move on to the next exercise.
