Or you could go old school. Use the calendar on your desk or refrigerator to add in your daily water intake. You can see the progress you make every week or month, and you won’t even realise when this will turn into a habit!
Motivational Water Bottle
You know the kind that will make you want to pick it up and take a sip? ‘Goals are reached, one sip at a time’, ‘Yes, you can’, ‘Drink water, work hard, stay strong’. Plus point you’ll be motivated to stay hydrated if the drink water reminder bottle is right in front of you.
Challenge
Set small challenges for yourself every day. Start with 4 glasses of water and slowly reach 8. Tell your friends and family about the challenge, so, you have to treat them if you don’t complete your challenge.
