What better way to get this than to use home remedies for hair fall that include natural ingredients like coconut milk to revive your hair and control hair fall. Coconut milk is rich in fats, Vitamin E, proteins and potassium; all of which help moisturize your hair and help it grow better too. It strengthens your hair from the root to the tip and if you massage your hair with coconut milk, at least once a week, you will be able to prevent hair loss to quite an extent. The antibacterial properties of coconut milk will let you protect your hair from damage too!
How to Use
Grate some fresh coconut and squeeze out the milk OR buy readymade pure coconut milk. Then simply apply it with a brush and let it remain in your hair for 20 to 30 minutes. You can then rinse it with cold water and shampoo your hair right after. You’ll see the difference in your hair and notice how hair fall reduces considerably.
Aloe Vera
In countries like India, Aloe Vera is widely used for its medicinal properties. One of its most popular uses is to balance the pH levels of a person’s scalp and hair, while also promoting hair growth. Now, some people would react differently to raw Aloe Vera, so your best bet is to boil the stalk of Aloe Vera before you extract the pulp and use it.
How to Use
Once you have boiled the stalk of Aloe Vera and have allowed it to cool down, you can extract the pulp. Ideally you should do this once you have washed your hair – massage the pulp into your scalp in a circular motion and let it be in your hair for 15 minutes. Then simply rinse it with water and dry your hair. You should do this twice or thrice a week to see the best results.
Onion Juice
This remedy might bring tears to your eyes in two ways, the way the pungent aroma irritates your eyes and how your hair fall problems could just disappear! Thanks to the antibacterial properties of onion and its high Sulphur content, it even treats your scalp infections and promotes hair growth. You can use this remedy at least once a week and see the difference yourself.
How to Use
Grate an onion to extract its juice. You can add a teaspoon of honey to get rid of the odor and also mix a tablespoon of rosewater before applying it from the root to the tip of your hair. Leave this mixture on your hair for at least an hour and then rinse it with cold water. You can then shampoo your hair as usual!
