·         1 tablespoon of coconut oil

·         1 teaspoon of cinnamon

·         ½ teaspoon of nutmeg

Mix all the ingredients properly. Ensure that both the cinnamon and nutmeg have evenly been mixed. Apply the face mask and let the coconut and avocado hydrate your skin while the spices reduce those fine lines and wrinkles. After 10 minutes, simply wash it off and let’s not forget to use a serum and moisturizer!
